Last Updated: December 3, 2025 By purchasing or using any Ribar Media service, you agree to the following:

  1. Service Overview
    Ribar Media provides an AI-powered service that repurposes your long-form videos into short-form clips (“Shorts”) and automatically publishes them to your authorized social media accounts at the frequency selected in your plan (1, 6, or 12 posts per day).

  2. Client Responsibilities

    • You must supply sufficient original long-form video (45–60 minutes minimum per batch) to sustain your chosen posting frequency.

    • You warrant that you own or have full rights to all submitted content and that it complies with all platform rules and applicable laws.

  3. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content
    You may not submit content that is illegal, hateful, pornographic, violent, misleading, copyrighted by others, or violates any social platform’s guidelines. We may refuse or remove any content without notice or refund.

  4. Payments & Billing

    • All plans are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or annually via Stripe/Wix Payments.

    • Payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  5. No Refunds or Credits
    Due to the immediate, custom, and irreversible nature of the service, no refunds, partial refunds, credits, or chargebacks are issued for any reason including non-usage, delays, low performance, or cancellation.

  6. Cancellation
    You may cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Service continues until the end of the current paid period. No further charges occur after cancellation.

  7. Performance
    We guarantee the agreed number of posts will be published barring platform outages or force majeure. We do not guarantee views, followers, engagement, leads, or sales.

  8. Intellectual Property
    You retain 100% ownership of your content and the generated Shorts. You grant us a limited license to edit and publish on your behalf during your subscription.

  9. Termination
    We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without refund for violation of these terms or prohibited content.

  10. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ribar Media’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the prior 3 months.

  11. Governing Law
    These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.
